To obtain the formation constant of a 1:1 complex, absorbance data in a 10.0 cm pathlength cell at various ligand concentrations (in M) and a metal concentration of 1.67e-03 M were obtained. Fit these data to the linear Benesi-Hildebrand equation and determine the formation constant of the complex. ([L],Abs) values: (5.0000e-02, 1.298e+00), (4.0000e-02, 1.209e+00), (3.0000e-02, 1.154e+00), (2.0000e-02, 1.027e+00), (1.0000e-02, 7.860e-01), (5.0000e-03, 5.130e-01), (0.0000, 4.900e-02).
