You will research the corporate social responsibility and ethical initiatives of a company of your choice, then present your findings in a way that you feel is appropriate. For example:

Your finished submission must include the following minimum requirements:
-Overview: A brief overview and description of the company - what do they do and how do they do it?
-Social responsibility initiatives: Identify and describe at least 3 initiatives or programs created by the company that benefit society.
-Employee Wellness Programs:
-How does the company treat their employees? Provide evidence.
-Do they offer any employee wellness programs? Describe them.
-Do they have an ethical code of conduct for employees? Explain where it can be found on the company website and what information is provided.
-Online Resource: Find and describe an online resource that highlights some element of the company's social responsibility/ethical initiatives. Provide a brief summary of the resource. This can be a newspaper or magazine article, part of the company's website, a video, etc.
-Conclusion: Provide a reflection on the company's overall position when it comes to social responsibility.

-Why is this organization doing what they are doing?
-Explain by referring to a social responsibility strategy.
