1. Firstly, compile a personal learning journal or process log. It should particularly draw on you're on experiences during leadership module. It is important to reflect upon how you think and how do you feel and how ideas from textbook or journal article covered in this program relates to your current and past experience. Secondly the journal article should critically evaluate your leadership approach and this should include what your experience thought you and about your own approach to management and leadership and suggest how you might take your development forward.
