A worker initiates a Stage 1 Work Refusal. The work refusal is based on concerns for the workers' health and safety - specifically because the employee has developed severe wrist and arm pain over the past year.  The worker believes that working from their kitchen table is the cause of their wrist/arm pain and blames the employer for not assisting with purchasing a suitable at home work station. How can this work refusal be resolved? Which parties should be involved to resolve this work refusal?
