Compare and contrast - pertaining to a written exercise about the similarities and differences between two or more people, places, or things.

Name and explain three organizational cultural levels. Effective organizations generally share three cultural distinctives: ability to adapt to changing conditions, commitment to learning, and commitment to trusting climate. Share a detailed story of one specific hospitality industry company or property which creates, demonstrates and/or encourages an adaptive or learning or trusting culture (choose at least one of the three distinctives).
