The upper level management sent a letter to Mrs. Jonas (Deputy) regarding her communication approach with her team. The management sat with Mrs. Jonas to explain their concerns about the communication approach that she is currently taking with your team and explained to her that it is not effective and is causing a disgruntled workforce.
