You are given a sample of F2 gas which is held at a pressure of 2 atm and a temperature of 110oC. The volume occupied by the gas at these conditions is 5.0 L. Use the van der Waals equation to compute the number of moles of F2 in the sample. Hint: You will need to solve a quadratic equation. You may use any method available to do so.
