The unit cell of a crystalline material containing Ca, O and Ti can be described as follows. The unit cell is face-centred cubic, but with Ca atoms occupying the corner positions and oxygen atoms occupying the face positions. A titanium atom occupies the octahedral site formed by the oxygen atoms.
