Q2 For the two recruitment needs / job vacancies identified in Activity 01 complete the following, ensuring you abide by your organisation's policies and procedures throughout

  1. Develop selection criteria based upon the position descriptions you've sourced.
    - Attach a copy of both position descriptions and the selection criteria
  2. Conduct two interviews, with candidates applying for one of these roles. Ensure one is face to face and one is non face to face.
    - Attach a copy of your interview plan, the questions asked and interview notes
  3. Explain how you ensured your interviews were fair and equitable

Q3 Using one of the recruitment needs / job vacancies highlighted in Activity 01 for which you interviewed in Activity 02 complete the following:

  1. Make a recruitment decision and an offer of employment - describe the process
  2. Induct the new team member into your workplace - provide the induction plan
  3. Complete recruitment documentation relevant to your workplace - list the required documentation along with how the records are retained
