What are the three possible nuclear arrangements of N2O. Which one allows for a "good" Lewis structure. This isnt the one nature prefers. Which of the two "imperfect" arrangments is superior? This nuclear arrangment has three possible electronic arrangements...one has more than 8 electrons for a second row atom, the remaining two have complete octets, but two atoms with formal charges of magnitude 1.
