Excellent work! You are in Week 6 of your leadership training program, and you are at the top of your training class. This week your leadership training manager has brought another organizational issue to the team requiring some top-notch solutions. Joining class to share some new information regarding their team's performance issues is one of your favorite department managers. Recent feedback has shown that performance goals are being set too high, and individual goals are not being met resulting in sub-par performance all around. The department manager is seeking help.

You are tasked with writing a report using theory-based strategies for how to improve motivation including details for constructing a work environment using reward strategies and documenting approaches for work-life balance.

Create a report with three sections in Microsoft Word and include headings for each section. Answer the following questions.

-Elements of Performance: Explain the three key elements of performance.

-Motivational Theories: Which of the motivational theories covered in this lesson would you recommend to address the motivation concerns in the scenario? Explain your answer including why you selected the theory.

-Employee Motivation: What managerial responses to motivation would you implement to increase motivation? Make sure to explain how would you construct a work environment using reward strategies, work-life balance considerations, and other approaches outlined in the lesson.
