On March 15, 2021, at 2:30 a.m., Sandra Sue was in her home in West Palm Beach, Florida, when she heard loud voices and music. Ms. Doe looked out her living room window into her front yard to see her neighbor Deborah Doe and two other people standing on the sidewalk in front of Deborah Doe's home. Sandra Sue ascertained that the noise was coming from Deborah Doe's home. Sandra Sue went outside to ask Deborah Doe and the two other people to lower the volume of their voices and music. Deborah Doe refused and angrily told Sandra Sue to go back to her own house. Sandra Sue once again asked Deborah Doe and the two people lower the volume of their music and voices. Deborah Doe threatened to call the police if they didn't lower their voices and music. Deborah Doe said no. refusing again, using threatening gestures, and shouting profanities at Sandra Sue. Sandra Sue requested again that they lower the volume of their voices and music. Deborah Doe punched Sandra Sue in the face.
