Majestic Angel Spa is a wellness and fitness company that has a mixed set of emplovees fron different cultures, backgrounds, ethnicities, gender, colour and age (traditionalists, baby boomers, Gen X, Y and some Zeters). Recent new hires have added to the diversity of the company, some of them have different sexual orientations and parental statuses compared tc the employees already working within the company. The first few days have seen some awkwardness among the employees. The management feels that having all employees participate in an inclusion and diversity program/activity will held create narmony among them
They hope that through this program/activity, the mixed set of employees can teach each other valuable lessons in team management
As part of the HR team, you have been asked to conduct research on best practices and prepare an activity designed to:
integrate all employees into a multicultural workforce use diversity to enhance the organization's effectiveness

Working in groups of five people, explore a very current topic of diversity in Canadia organizations. Conduct research on workplace "Diversity Management" programs or initiatives and make a group report that addresses the following:
- Explain the term "Diversity Management and discuss its importance in the workplace
- Research two organizations for relevant best practices and identified at least two diversity proarams/initiatives implemented by those oraanizations. Describe those programs/initiatives and address both, their benetits, and their shortfalls.
- Based on your research findings, make an activity that you would suggest using at Majestic Angel Spa to build a culture of inclusion and belongingness through diversity
- Group Reflection: What effect this assignment and the research you have conducted have had on you? How has working on this assignment shaped your perspectives on Diversity Management in the workplace?
