Question: Refer to Workshop Three's 3.3 Discussion: Internal Assessment B where you identified the strengths and weaknesses of a firm with which you are familiar. For your firm, bring forward the strengths and weaknesses that you discussed there, and then give several opportunities and threats for that organization.

- Review the SWOT matrix in Chapter 6 of your textbook. The authors identify "four types of strategies: "SO (strengths-opportunities) strategies, WO (weaknesses-opportunities) strategies, ST (strengths-threats) strategies, and WT (weaknesses-threats) strategies" (David & David, 2017, p. 171).

- Review your overall list of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for your firm from 3.3 Discussion: Internal Assessment B. Identify the one most important strategy to pursue in terms of whether it is an SO, WO, ST, or WT strategy and why you believe it is most important.

- (Optional) Identify the second most important strategy to pursue in terms of whether it is an SO, WO, ST, or WT strategy and why.
