Since employee wellness programs can cover a wide variety of topics, for this assignment you are only required to focus on one specific area of focus (example: smoking cessation, weight management, mental health, work-life balance, workplace stress, etc).

Be sure that your employee wellness program includes the following information:

- Area of focus and why you chose this option.

- Strategy for communicating the program.

- Strategy for gaining support from all stakeholders (supervisors, employees, etc).

- Any incentives, if applicable. If you're providing incentives how do you propose you will pay for them?

- Consequences if someone violates the program. For example, if you are proposing a tobacco-free workplace, what will you do if someone uses tobacco?

- How will you know if the program is successful?
