Case Study: Lalitha works as an audit executive with Nagamas PLT, a tax consultation firm. Last week the Human Resource Department received a report from Lalitha through their Employee Grievance Channel that her immediate supervisor, En. Hussain has been making inappropriate jokes and gestures in her presence. En. Hussain has also allegedly touched her hand several times and on one occasion asked whether Lalitha could give him a back massage because he feels so tired. All this is making Lalitha extremely uncomfortable and is affecting her work performance. Lalitha now wishes to file a formal complaint for sexual harassment against En. Hussain. As the Human Resource manager, the company requested that you handle the matter.
