Creative Venture Sdn. Bhd. (CV) involves in manufacturing and marketing furniture from recycling pallet wood with the brand name of Ventura in Damansara. The company is known for producing fine made and creative design furniture with affordable price. Since furniture from recycling pallet wood became trendy and popular, CV found that their premise at Damansara had not enough space to manufacture more furniture. In 2016, CV shifted the Manufacturing Division to a rural area not far away from Kuala Lumpur. The Marketing Division remains at Damansara. The Marketing Division focuses on widening the market via marketing activities with the goal to create brand awareness of Ventura.

In order to meet the high demand, the company recruited more workers in Manufacturing Division where most of the new workers are local people from the area. The production increased drastically and CV enjoyed high profit in one year period after the Manufacturing Division shift. However, after that, CV started to receive complaints from customer on Ventura's finishing and durability. The complaint and bad comments have tarnished a little bit on Ventura fine made quality image. Some of the customers even put their complaints and bad comments on social media. The sales of Ventura began to decrease. The management finally found that the main cause of the bad finishing and durability quality was the low skill workers in Manufacturing Division.
