A friend of yours fell and broke her ulna. Thankfully it was a simple, transverse fracture that had no sign of displacement and a cast for two months was all that was needed to heal. Your friend then asks you about what happens when a bone breaks and how it heals? Explain the stages in healing a bone fracture.
