Your company, ABC Consultant, was appointed as the Facility and Landscape consultant by BCA Academy to assess the current landscape maintenance and conservancy plan for the green areas (shrubs, tree and turfing) at level 1 and level 2 (pavilion) as shown in Figure 1.

Figure 2 shows the defects at the underside of the walkway connecting the pavilion and Blk D & E.

d) Identify the concrete defects in figure 2.

e) Determine and explain the six (6) possible causes to the above concrete defects.

f) Describe with appropriate diagrams in relation to the repair processes for the defects.

Project Requirement

1. This is a group project comprises of 4 to 6 students in each group. All members of the group are expected to participate and contribute actively towards the project, which shall constitute 30% of the total grades.
