After some careful thought, you decide to share your concerns with your colleagues. Include the consequences of gossip and false information in the workplace. She wants to know what to expect and how your organization uses teamwork to build positive relationships. 2. Define the role of a mentor.

3. Describe the ways in which you can work together with a mentor to overcome challenges in the new position.
