Write a report addressing the given tasks:

Cotton wear, an international brand is into garment manufacturing. Cotton wear is into design and production of garments on a large scale, which caters to men, women, and children,and it also caters to the sports segment. Its major strategic objectives are gaining market share; delivering fashionable products; and reaching customers beyond boundaries. The company has more than 100 products in the catalogue (with varying design, colors, and materials).

Q1. Develop a transformational model for Cotton wear. Critically discuss each of the model components. Discuss the external and internal factors that influences operations with suitable examples and strategies to cope it.

Q2. Apply 4-v framework and discuss the implications and any change strategies that Cotton wear should undergo. Discuss the layout that Cotton wear could adopt.

Q3. Discuss how Cotton wear can achieve the performance objectives.

Q4. Construct a network; find critical path based on the activities involved in production of garments (you can construct path from purchase of yarn until dispatch of garment. The garment can be a shirt, trouser or any other garments of your choice). Fix the duration (number of days- be realistic) for each activity on your own taking in to consideration the process involved in garment manufacturing
