You are a human resources consultant, and you are approached by a local coffee shop owner to help recruit 5 new baristas. In the past this business has had a difficult time retaining staff as they typically quit after the first 3 months. The owner is considering using social media such as Instagram and twitter to conduct informal background checks to filter out any candidates who may be lazy or have a poor work ethic.
