There was a limited amounts of materials used in this lab they include: four test tubes what were labeled one-four, 1.5mL of chloroplast, 12.0mL of 1.0M PO4 which was used as a buffer at a pH 6.5, 3.5mL of distilled water, 3mL of 0.2 mM DCPIP. A 10mL graduated cylinder was used to measure the output of each solution, test tube rack and a light bulb was also used.
Test tubes were prepared according to table 13.2 and contents were mix toughly. Test tubes one-three were placed in font of light bulb and the forth was wrapped with aluminum foil and placed next to the other three tubes. And the description of the color changes were recorded.
