What is the ration of the concentrations of H2PO4- and HPO42- at (a) pH 7.0; (b) pH 7.5; (c) pH 8.0?

Supposedly the pKa is 7.21 and the answers I calculated using the Henderson-Hasselbalch equation and my results were not the same as the back of the book answer.
