Quantitative research served as the traditional approach to social science and health research before the emergence of qualitative methods. Surveys, experiments, quasi-experiments are some of the designs for quantitative research. It uses strict research protocols and mathematical calculations as well as deals with quantities and the manipulation of variables.

For this week's assignment, you have decided to conduct a survey on job satisfaction among health workers in rural health facilities. Complete the following tasks:

-Explain the purpose of the research.

-Discuss the sampling process for selecting the participants.

-Explain the steps for administering the survey.
