Write a one to two page paper in which you:

Select any publicly-traded company and go through its 2014, 2015 or 2016 fiscal year annual report and answer the following two questions:

A. List the name of your company.

B. Identify and briefly explain the purpose of at least the four main sections of the annual report.

Hints: For eg, annual reports have different sections. For eg, almost all reports will have a Management Discussion and Analysis section. Another section is Letter to Shareholders. List at least four main sections of the report and briefly explain the purpose of each section also.

Q2. Discuss the key factors that influenced the company's financial performance during the year.

Hints- The annual report should tell you about the factors that influence the company's financial performance - such as introduction and higher sales of new products, or poor economic conditions in Europe, or expiration of a major drug, and so forth
