Question: The steps in the Public Policy-Making Process consist of five stages being Agenda setting/Identification of problems, Formulation, Adoption/Legitimization, Implementation,and Assessment and Evaluation. Agenda setting/identification of problems this placed to define and prioritize problems facing the government by prompting the need for government action. Formulation is considering the possibilities of resolutions to a problem identified. Adoption/legitimization is when the formal government takes action to recommend a resolution. Implementation occurs after a law is passed and it makes an attempt to prepare the policy to work in procedure for common practice. Assessment and Evaluation is used to gather and examine evidence to determine if the policy will be successful or unsuccessful.
