For this task, assume that you are a special education leader. Then, write a position paper that addresses your personal beliefs about the evaluation and placement of special education students. The position paper should include the following points: The ethical treatment of students The ethical treatment of parents Staff interaction Valid evaluation results and corresponding recommendations IEP development Student follow-up Confidentiality

Length: 4 pages, not including title and reference pages.
