Question 14. Providing care to people with mental health needs/issues can be very challenging as often a worker handles client situations and information that are very sensitive. Workers may also encounter situations where they may be asked for services or support that are beyond their roles as support workers.
Cite some organisational policies, procedures or guidelines that can help a worker keep work role and professional boundaries when dealing with a person with mental health issues.
