3. The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is/was a proposed trade agreement that had multiple intentions and multiple critics in the United States.

The U.S. decided not to sign on to the agreement.

a. Without knowing the details of the TPP, how would a Liberal and Neoliberal differ in terms of how they would value and craft such a trade agreement? In your answer be sure to define the term, "national interest" as it has customarily been defined by states. Explain how each of the two might view the agreement in terms of whether it was in the United States' national interest to be a party to the agreement or not.
