Do you believe that the wage gap discussed in the article, "America's Pay Gap is Widening" is real? Have you experienced this or the opposite in your work environment? Explain. Do you believe that providing better benefits is the solution to this problem? Do you believe that raising the Federal minimum wage to $15 an hour would solve this problem? Support your answer.

After reading the watch the video above as well as this week's video mix on "Pay Determination", discuss you really believe it is healthier for a company to have "Pay Secrecy" or "Pay Transparency." Discuss the places where you have worked. Did they have a pay secrecy or pay transparency policy (either written or unwritten). How did that work out?
