53-year-old marketing manager 'Frederick' is a new patient seeking your care and had originally booked the appointment for some thoracic spinal pain he had been experiencing. However on his way to the appointment Frederick was involved in a motor vehicle accident in his car, when he rear-ended the vehicle in front of him. Frederick now also has anterior chest pain because his sternum hit the steering wheel hard. Frederick appears quite flustered as he starts to re-tell the story, holds his hand across the L side of his chest and has shortness of breath.
