Please help me to find ten peer-reviewed academic journals about the following question:
The way different countries have decided to manage COVID-19 has changed the way people work. The category of "essential workers" appears to have expanded from health professionals, police, firefighters, etc., to include staff working in childcare, supermarkets, supply chains for goods, tradespeople, courts, food delivery, etc., during community-wide lockdowns. In some cases, governments have declared that all workers are essential workers. Because of the nature of their work and the fact they must leave home to do their jobs, essential workers have been disproportionally exposed to the risks posed by COVID-19 and have had to significantly modify the way they work.
How have workers with different personality types responded to those changes? Consider the big five personality traits and describe what recommendations you would give organizational leaders and decision-makers to manage employees with specific personality traits who are essential workers.
You can focus on these questions in general or paying attention to specific sectors, industries, or jobs.
