Scenario: You are the HR director for a 75 employee start-up .com business in Indiana. The CEO has directed you to build the discipline process section for the new employee manual she is putting together.

Using the information you have gathered from chapter 6, the extra resources in the chapter 6 folder and your own experiences in the workplace; discuss what style of discipline process you would implement. What steps would it take to go from an identified employee deficiency to termination of that employee if the process fails. Support the logic of your process to your peers.
