Question: Demand for business products is said to have different characteristics than demand for consumer products. For the mobile phone industry, provide examples of derived demand, inelastic demand, joint demand, and fluctuating demand (one example for each type of demand). Then, do the same thing for the home building industry, providing examples of derived demand, inelastic demand, joint demand, and fluctuating demand. If you mention a specific product or component of a product, be sure to explain the nature of the demand in your answer and how your example fits that characteristic.
