Since the report is based on a research where primary data collected needs to be know to substantiate the findings. Thus you would need the findings as they inferred from the interviews and surveys to be sent in a tabular form. this would help in keeping the findings in line with the report's body. Please note, you would be needing the tabular results for the survey which can be on a Gnat chart format with questions and options of answer being tabulated.
