Look at a department within a hospitality or tourism industries such as kitchen, front of house, housekeeping, customer services or bar area.
Choose two people who work in that department to interview about their motivation to work in hospitality or tourism industry.

• What are their personal circumstances and does hospitality and tourism fit well with these circumstances?
• What do they enjoy about their job?
• What motivates them to do really good job in their current role?
