Create a scheme for VB Mail Order to maintain a list of catalogs. utilize a drop-down combo box for catalognames, and allow user to enter new catalog names, delete catalog names, show a count of number of catalogs, clear the catalog listing, or print the catalog list. Do not let a blank catalog name to be added tothe list. Show an error message if user selects Remove without first selecting a catalog name. Before clearing the list, show a message box to verify the operation. To start, the catalog list have to hold these catalog names- Odds and Ends, Solutions, Camping Needs, Tool Time, Spiegel, The Outlet, and The Large Size. Show printed output in the Print Preview di-alog box. Include your name and a heading at the top of the report.
