Introduction : Marketing reviews and audits are an important part of marketing planning process. There is a great need to analyse the internal and external environment of marketing. Greggs is one of the largest chains of bakery in the United Kingdom. It has more than 1670 outlets and has a speciality in sandwiches, pastries, doughnuts and sausage rolls. The headquarters are located in Newcastle in England. John Gregg founded the bakery in the year 1939.
