Explain the marginal distribution. Explain how the marginal distribution of frequent binge drinking given in Example 4.33 is computed from the entries in the table given in Example 4.30.

Add the margins to the table. We expand the table in Example 4.29 by adding the totals for each row, for each column, and the total number of all the observations. Here is the result:
