You're an HR consultant at a business consultancy firm which provides training to different organization on leadership, conflict management and team building. You've been tasked to provide training to a software development firm which takes up on small to medium size projects. You've been advised by your manager to use the managerial grid to explain the dimensions and types of leadership styles to attending managers.

(a). How will you explain the managerial grid to these participants with examples?

(b.) During the training exercise one of the participants have asked for your opinion on the following statement

"if a manager is too much concerned about his/her employees, it will give a soft image and employees won't be taking their job seriously" How will you respond to this?
