Assignment:

Choosing one of the stakeholder's perspectives of the future of work such as government, a business or a union.

Define and describe the stakeholder that has been chosen. You will then highlight and explain their main, desired outcome and why they want to achieve it. You then explain how you are going to shape and influence 1-3 drivers to achieve this outcome.

Conclude by outlining some future challenges and opportunities to achieve your desired outcome. You can also mention some open questions for discussion.

Note that you want to capture your audience with creative and understandable explanations. You might want to use examples they can relate to and creative slides to complement what you are saying.

Example

You are choosing to present the government perspective on the future of work to a group of people who are interested to hear about it and to discuss it. You are describing the government of the day and its main points of the policy programme. You explain the main values the government holds (e.g of a Labour or National government) and what outcomes you want to achieve for NZ in terms of future work and why. You continue to outline which drivers the government finds most pressing to deal with to achieve the future of work they want.

You explain what the government will do to influence the driver to achieve its overall outcomes. To finish, you outline some challenges and opportunities the government will encounter on its journey to create the future of work they set out to do.
