4. Who could new staff seek assistance / direction from in working with clients? Outline the support structures for staff in the organisation may have.
5. What are the major social and cultural systems and explain how they impact upon the cohort's circumstances and life choices/ opportunities. Social and cultural systems include the Family, Education system, Government, the Economy, Political system, Health and welfare system, Human Rights system, Aged Care system.
6. Identify which of these social/cultural factors act as social barriers for this client. Social barriers not individual barriers/limitations. Explain how these factors create disadvantage and inequality for these clients.
