An argon ion laser is used at wavelength of 488 nm and the scattering angle is 60 degrees C. The lysozyme is in an aqueous, low salt solution buffered at pH=4 at a temperature of 20 degrees C. The refractive index and the viscosity are 1.33 and 1.0 cp(=0.001(kg/m)sec), respectively. Modeling lysozyme as a sphere calculate Dt( translational diffusion constant) and also the radius, A.
