Case: Client A: 22y/o Female

She was recently referred to the mental health crisis center after her HCP noted she was becoming more withdrawn since dropping out of her college studies a year ago. The client states she prefers to be alone and spends most days behind her closed bedroom door. Assessment reveals she is aggressive and feels angry when conversing with her parents. She feels they spy on her, and her reaction is to threaten violence. She admits to hearing voices, some friendly and soothing, while other voices are agitating and make her feel threatened.
