I suggest (a) adopting one (or combining two) of the system architecture references suggested by AWS, (b) adjusting that based on your needs and your project context, (c) developing your architecture diagram in LucidChart and (d) labeling all the components of your architecture with their names and roles..

For your architecture, you need to briefly explain how the key tiers below will interact with each other:

1. Network & Web Tier: Manages external/internal network connection and configurations to handle the web/mobile requests) via AWS services such as Route 53, API Gateway, CloudFront etc.
