Jim is a gardener to the Browns. The lawnmower recently stopped working and he spoke to Mrs. Brown about getting a replacement. Mrs. Brown was going to the USA and opted to buy one at Lowe's. Her son Mikey took her to Lowe's. She was going to buy a regular gas lawnmower to replace the old one, but the sales rep Brett showed her the new model, which is battery operated and is chargeable. He sold her on the benefits of the new model. She liked the fact that it was eco-friendly. She, therefore, went with the new design. Mikey paid for it, but had some concerns about the new technology and servicing of lawnmower in Jamaica. Mrs. Brown assured him that his father - Mr. Brown as a certified electrician would service it and ensure that it remains operable.
