Element Description: This factor describes/captures individual and organizational utilization of resources to accomplish the mission. (Resources include, but are not limited to employee time, equipment, facilities, human resources, and funds).
Standards:
a. Employee becoming familiar with all available information systems (eg. CPARS PADDS/PD2 C-Tools, VCE 000, ATAAPS).
b. With assistance, makes use of scheduled workday to manage competing demands in order to make progress on training and mission requirements.
c. Reviews, discusses, and updates the Individual Development Plan (IDP) with supervisor at counseling milestones to include at a minimum. initial performance review, mid-point review, and end of rating cycle review. Completes 30 continuous learning points (CLPs) within the 2-year cycle (goal being 40 CLPs per year) that enhances leadership, technical, interpersonal, organizational skills, and knowledge. Actively pursues and successfully completes acquisition certification in accordance with signed intern training tracker, and memorandum of understanding.
