1. Evaluate the importance of projects and project management using the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology process, especially as it relates to training of Six Sigma experts.

2. Discuss project teams and Six Sigma organizational structures.

3. Analyze the essential skills needed by project managers and team members as well as the key ingredients needed to build successful project teams.

4. Establish the importance of measurement and to highlight the proper use of statistics as a key to the "Measure" phase of the DMAIC process.
