For your presentation, you will be a candidate for the role of Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of a corporation. Your presentation will be directed to the company's board of directors in the chosen industry to convince them of the importance of CSR for the company's long-term viability. In this presentation, you need to be able to identify and communicate these concepts to your market and nonmarket stakeholders.

1) Explain the importance of CSR to the company you chose.

2) Identify at least one market and one nonmarket stakeholder that will be impacted by CSR decisions.

a) Provide support for your choices.

3) Explain why it is important to maintain good relationships with these two stakeholder groups.

4) Discuss which group will be the easiest to satisfy in CSR initiatives and why.

5) Discuss which group will be the most challenging to work with in your CSR initiatives and why.

6) Recommend at least one action you will take with each group to communicate with them.

a) Be sure to make one recommendation for each group, for a minimum of two recommendations.
